After two months the poll has closed and the winner is…. Lifeway’s Agency D3. As the winning V.B. S. program I will make three different crafts for each of the five days of the program. This way you can pick and choose wich ones you prefer.
For the three programs that tied for second place, (Weird Animals– Group, Wilderness Escape– Group), and Workshop Of Wonders– Cokesbury) I will try, and I emphasize the word TRY, to come up with at least one craft for each of the days of the program. But since they came in second place I cannot give a guarantee that I will be able to do this.
Now that the poll has closed I’ll have the winning V.B.S program’s crafts ready mid-spring, just a few months away. So keep your eyes out for my V.B.S 2014 crafts.
Lifeway’s Agency D3
Some of you might have noticed that it is taking me a little while between posts to update my blog. I just wanted to write this quick update to let you know why.
I am currently working on relaunching my church website and it is quite a bit of work. All the free time I have goes to updating the new site. Luckily the project is almost over and should be finished in under a week.
After that everything should go back to normal, meaning a new craft every 3 to 4 days.
Thanks for the patience,
I have recently opened accounts on both Youtube and Vimeo. Every Sunday I will be uploading a new video. These videos will be step by step videos on making the crafts on my site, starting in chronological order. Meaning I will start with my earlier crafts and continue from there. I’d love to read your thoughts!
Crafting The Word Of God
While there is an abundance of online material for English speaking churches the same cannot be said for Spanish speaking churches. You can find some websites in Spanish dedicated to Bible crafts, but they either have no pictures of the final craft or they do not include a template. So I decided to open up a version of Crafting The Word Of God in Spanish.
If your church has a Spanish ministry, you sponsor a missionary in Latin America, have a “sister” congregation in Latin America, live in a neighborhood with a large Hispanic community or have friends who speak Spanish feel free to share the new site. I will be uploading my English crafts onto the Spanish site in chronological order twice a week.
