In The Wild Bible Crafts
These are the crafts that can be used with the Lifeway’s In The Wild V.B.S. program.
Although most Vacation Bible School curriculum programs provide or sell their own Bible crafts, many times they have nothing to do with the Bible story of the day or not much thought went into designing them in the first place.
My hope is that these crafts will help make planning your Vacation Bible School a little less stressful.

A Little Celebratory News
I just realized that Crafting The Word Of God made it into the top 10 list of Ministry To Children’s top 150 children’s ministry blogs and websites for 2018.
I have made the intention and purpose of my site very clear throughout the years. My hope is that it serves as a blessing to you and your childrens ministry.
A few things have come up this year that have kept me from fully spending as much time as I would otherwise like to invest on my site. But I will continue to work hard to provide you with the resources to make running your ministry smoother.

This is a quick post letting you know that tomorrow I will be posting my yearly VBS poll. You will have a week to vote for your preferred VBS curriculum.
Remember that I only create crafts for the top two VBS curriculums, so make sure that you get your kids ministry team to vote as well.
I will post the results of the poll on Sunday and I will begin posting the crafts in March.
Christmas Puzzle 3- Activity Sheet

Activity sheets are a great way to end a Sunday School lesson. They can serve as a great take home activity. Or sometimes you just need to fill in those last five minutes before the end of class.

Instructions
Print the template on regular copy paper, but I recommend card stock.
Color then cut out each puzzle piece.
To make the pieces last longer you can laminate each individual piece.
Reindeer Mask
Instructions
- Print the template on cardstock. Use the size appropriate for the age of your kids. (Template)
- Color and cut out all of the pieces.
- Cut out the eye holes.
- Glue the antlers onto the reindeer head.
- To finish assembling the mask either, glue a large popsicle stick to the bottom of the mask to be used as a handle, or use the provided straps to be able to secure it on your kids head.
Christmas Wreath Sun Catcher
Instructions
- Print the template onto card stock. (Template)
- Glue the template sheet to the back of a sheet of black construction paper.
- Cut out all of the white from the template. You will be left with the wreath border shape.
- Place the wreath shape onto a self-laminating sheet or contact paper, construction paper side down.
- Fill the inside of the wreath with colored tissue paper.
- Cover with another sheet of self-laminating sheet or contact paper.
- Cut out the wreath from the laminating sheet or contact paper.
- Stick the sun catcher to your window with double-sided tape.
