Jesus Wounds Heal Game
This game is a variation of the classic game pin the tail on the donkey.
Instructions
- Print the template. (Template)
- Color and glue together the hand piece.
- Color and cut out the bandaids.
Paper Plate Lazarus
This crafts can be a great prop when telling the story of Lazarus death and resurrection.
Instructions
- Print the template. (Template)
- Color and cut out the face that corresponds to the size of the paper plate you will be using.
- Glue the face to the center of the paper plate.
- Glue strips of white paper randomly across the paper plate. Cut off any excess paper from the strips, leaving a perfect circle.
Belief Without Seeing
This craft will reinforce the fact that although we have not personally seen Christ, we can place our faith in Him because of the certainty of His resurrection.
Instructions
- Print the template on cardstock. (Template)
- Color and cut out all of the pieces.
- Choose a figure, whether the cross or the outstretched arms and glue it to the middle of the forehead.
- Optional: At this time, if you chose to do so, you can glue on the ears, but feel free to leave them off entirely.
- Finally, use the rectangular pieces to form the band so that your kids will be able to place the craft on their heads.

Although most Vacation Bible School curriculum programs provide or sell their own Bible crafts, many times they have nothing to do with the Bible story of the day or not much thought went into designing them in the first place.
My hope is that these crafts will help make planning your Vacation Bible School a little less stressful.

Christmas Nativity Sun Catcher
Instructions
1 Print the template onto card stock. (Template)
2 Glue the template sheet to the back of a sheet of black construction paper.
3 Cut out all of the white from the template. You will be left with the nativity border shape.
4 Place the nativity shape onto a self-laminating sheet or contact paper, construction paper side down.
5 Fill the inside with colored tissue paper.
6 Cover with another sheet of self-laminating sheet or contact paper.
7 Cut out the sun catcher from the laminating sheet or contact paper.
8 Stick the sun catcher to your window with double-sided tape.
Christmas Wreath Calendar
This Christmas wreath calendar will serve as a great way to countdown the days until Christmas day.
Instructions
- Print the template. (Template) If you will be sticking it on a flat surface then use regular copy paper. If you plan on hanging it, I recommend using something sturdier like cardstock.
- Color and cut out the two wreath pieces.
- Glue both pieces together to fully assemble the wreath.
In counting down the days you can either color in the berries or use one of the supplied images (candles, snowflakes, or presents) found in the template.
